Her Texture Hair Co. specializes in natural texture hair, starting with kinky straight bundles. As a natural texture product, slight variations in curl pattern, density, and shade may occur between bundles, this is normal and expected, not a defect.

Once hair is in your possession, Her Texture Hair Co. is not liable for any alterations made to it, including but not limited to coloring, cutting, and heat styling.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Her Texture Hair Co. does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason — including change of mind or ordering the wrong length, texture, or quantity — once an order has shipped.

Shipping timeframes listed on product pages are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays and high-volume sale periods may affect these timeframes.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If an issue arises with your order, please contact us directly first — we want the chance to make it right. Filing a fraudulent or unlawful chargeback dispute in an attempt to receive a free product without payment may result in legal action, including criminal charges and loss of ordering privileges with this company.
