Is your hair 100% human hair?

Yes! Our bundles are RAW Southeast Asian, single donor drawn. This ensures a natural look, feel, and long-lasting wear.

Can the hair be colored or bleached?

Yes, our human hair can be professionally colored or bleached to the highest level. For best results, we recommend having all chemical services performed by a licensed stylist.

Can I use heat on the hair?

Absolutely! The hair can be curled, straightened, and blow-dried. For best results, we recommend curling from the blow-dried state and pinning every curl while it cools. Seal with a holding spray before removing pins.

How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our premium bundles can last 4 years or longer and can be reused for multiple installs.

Will the hair shed?

Minimal shedding is normal. Proper installation and gentle maintenance will help reduce shedding.

Will the hair tangle?

Like natural hair, it can tangle if not properly cared for. Tangling should be minimal with regular brushing, moisturizing, and nighttime protection.

How many bundles do I need?

For the fullest look: 16in-20 in 3 bundles– 22-24in — 4 bundles.

Can I change or cancel my order?

No refunds or cancellations after your order is placed. If you selected local pickup at checkout, you may request a change at time of pickup based on available stock. We only guarantee availability of what was submitted online. Once your order has shipped, changes cannot be made.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 7–10 business days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I return my hair?

For hygiene reasons, we do not offer or accept returns.
